विषयांतर्गत संदर्भित पत्रों के क्रम में rskmp परीक्षा पोर्टल पर वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र 2023-24 कक्षा 5 अथवा 8 के विद्यार्थियों के फाइनल अंकसूची प्रिंट करने हेतु जिलों को भेजे गए प्री-प्रिंट फॉर्मेट में अंक प्रिंट करने हेतु रिपोर्ट लाइव कर दी गई है। जिसमें प्री-प्रिंट फॉर्मेट अनुसार एलाइनमेंट किया गया है। इस उपलब्ध रिपोर्ट को प्री-प्रिंट फॉर्मेट के ऊपर प्रिंट करने के लिए ही उपयोग किया जाना है।
इस उपलब्ध रिपोर्ट को प्री-प्रिंट फॉर्मेट के ऊपर प्रिंट करने के लिए ही उपयोग किया जाना है। अंकसूची प्रिंट के पूर्व निम्नानुसार कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए–
• जिन विद्यार्थियों की अंतिम सूची में कोई त्रुटि नहीं थी, केवल उन्हीं के प्रिंट इस फाइनल अंकसूची के प्री-प्रिंट फॉर्मेट में निकाले जाएं।
• प्री-प्रिंट पेपर को प्रिंटर (कोई भी श्वेत-श्याम प्रिंटर) के बीच में रखें। (पेपर ट्रे के सेंटर में सेट करें)
• पहले एक मार्कशीट प्रिंट करके देख ले और सभी एलाइनमेंट सही होने पर अन्य मार्कशीट प्रिंट करें।
• थोड़े-थोड़े प्रिंट निकालकर चेक करते रहें कि एलाइनमेंट सही है और सही प्रिंट निकल रहे हैं।
• प्रिंटर के टोनर को भी समय-समय पर चेक करते रहें। प्रिंट फेड होने की स्थिति में टोनर बदलकर प्रिंट निकाले।
• कक्षा 5 एवं 8 के अलग-अलग प्रिंट फॉर्मेट दिए गए हैं। अतः ध्यान रखें कि कक्षा अनुसार सही प्रिंट फॉर्मेट का उपयोग किया जा रहा है।
• विद्यार्थियों को त्रुटि रहित एवं स्पष्ट दिख रही अंकसूची प्रदान किया जाना सुनिश्चित करें।

Subject – Regarding printing of final marks list of class 5/8 session 2023-24 students.
The report has been made live for printing marks in the pre-print format sent to the districts for printing the final marks list of class 5th/8th students for the annual examination session 2023-24 on the rskmp examination portal in the order of letters referred under the subject. In which alignment has been done according to the pre-print format. This available report is to be used for print over pre-print format only.

• Prints of only those students whose final list did not contain any errors, should be taken out in the pre-print format of this final mark list.
• Place the pre-print paper in the center of the printer (any black and white printer). (Set in the center of the paper tray)
• First check the print of one mark sheet and if all the alignment is correct then print the other mark sheet.
• Check that the alignment is correct and that the correct prints are coming out by taking out small prints.
• Keep checking the toner of the printer from time to time. In case of print fade, take out the print by changing the toner.
• Different print formats of class 5th/8th are given. So keep in mind that the correct print format is being used according to the class.
• Ensure that error-free and clearly visible mark sheets are provided to the students.
