एमपी पंचायत सचिव भर्ती से संबंधित नियम एवं शर्तों की जानकारी निम्नानुसार दी गई है -
(1) एमपी पंचायत सचिव के आवेदक केवल विभाग के पोर्टल पर ही ऑनलाईन आवेदन किए जायेंगे। आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के लिए विस्तृत प्रक्रिया तथा निर्देश अलग से जारी किए जाएंगे। ऑनलाईन माध्यम से ही स्वीकार किया जायेगा अन्य प्रकार से भेजा गया आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा|
(2) मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत सचिव भर्ती के आवेदन करने वाले आवेदक को उस जिले का स्थानीय निवासी होना चाहिए, स्थानीय निवासी के लिए आवेदक का नाम भारत के निर्वाचन आयोग की संबंधित जिले की मतदाता सूची में विज्ञापन वर्ष की प्रथम जनवरी को अनिवार्य रूप से रजिस्ट्रीकृत होना चाहिए ।
(3) ग्राम पंचायत सचिव के ऑनलाईन प्राप्त आवेदनों की जांच के पश्चात् उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा / उच्च माध्यमिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों की प्रतिशतता के कुल योग (एग्रीगेट) के आधार पर प्रवर्गवार अर्थात्, अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग, प्रवीण्य सूची तैयार की जाएगी ।
(4) मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत सचिव भर्ती उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा / उच्च माध्यमिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर अनंतिम प्रवीण्य सूची तैयार की जाएगी और इस प्रकार तैयार सूची को जिला पंचायत के सूचना पटल तथा विभाग की वेबसाईट पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। प्रकाशन की तारीख से 07 कार्य दिवस की अवधि के भीतर आपत्तियां आमंत्रित की जाएंगी I मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी, जिला पंचायत की अध्यक्षता में गठित चयन समिति इस प्रकार प्राप्त आपत्तियों का निराकरण करेगी और 07 कार्य दिवस की अवधि के भीतर अंतिम चयन सूची तैयार करेगी और वह जिला पंचायत के सूचना पटल के साथ साथ विभाग द्वारा प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
(5) MP Gram Panchayat Sachiv Bharti में समान अंक होने पर जिसकी उम्र अधिक हो उसके प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी.श।
( 6 ) मध्यप्रदेश ग्राम पंचायत सचिव भर्ती में किसी भी आवेदक को उसके मूल निवास अर्थात् गृह पंचायत में नियुक्ति नहीं दी जाएगी। मूल निवास के प्रमाण के रूप में मतदाता सूची में नाम मान्य किया जाएगा।
(7) मध्य प्रदेश पंचायत सचिव भर्ती 2023 में रिक्त पदों के 50 प्रतिशत पद ग्राम रोजगार सहायक के लिए आरक्षित रखे जाएंगे।
(8) मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत सचिव भर्ती 2023 में प्रवीण्य सूची के अनुसार रिक्त पदों की संख्या के 25 प्रतिशत की एक प्रतीक्षा सूची भी तैयार की जाएगी। प्रवीण्य सूची तथा प्रतीक्षा सूची, जिला पंचायत के सूचना पटल पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी । सूची उसके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन के कलेण्डर वर्ष के 31 दिसम्बर तक विधिमान्य होगी।
(9) एमपी पंचायत सचिव भर्ती के रिक्त पदों की पूर्ति की प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः ऑनलाईन होगी, जो कि पंचायत विभाग द्वारा ऑनलाईन संचालित की जाएगी।
